DECLARATION
OF INTENT
From 1 February to 30 April 2023, Cities declare their binding Declaration of Intent to participate in the Call and provide a technical, organisational and Democracy self-evaluation.
ADMISSION
TO THE CALL
ECoD NPO screens Declarations of Intent for admissibility and completeness, including a check of the prerequisites, and informs the Interested Cities about the decision by 30 April 2023 latest.
SUBMISSION –
CALL APPLICATION
By mid of July 2023, Admitted Cities complete their Call submissions, including a mission statement and project descriptions. Upon completion, they become Member Cities of the ECoD Network.
